  • Community Satsang
    Sundays from 6:00-7:15 pm

This offering is for anyone who feels separate, disconnected or discouraged.

Satsang is a practice of collective support and inspiration. In these sessions, we will gather as a group of friends to share space, meditate, chant, and reflect on texts or teachings that resonate with us in our lives. No prior experience is necessary, and all are welcome.

We will generally follow this format:

    • Opening meditation and optional chanting

    • Reading a passage

    • Contemplation and conversation

    • Closing meditation
