Practice your handstands with other handstand enthusiasts! Instruction is not provided. Participants must be able to safely enter and exit into a handstand position.

All flow props welcome ~~ Hoops, poi, staff, ball, flow wand, etc. Please no verbal conversation on the floor for the first hour and 15 minutes. The last 15 minutes of each session can be reserved for skill share and wrapping up your practice.
