Jams & Open Workouts

Jams & open workouts are opportunities for shared practice. There is *no* official instruction at these jams, just opportunities to train with others who share similar passion and want time to train. Desire for personal practice space birthed The Flowjo.

AERIAL OPEN WORKOUT
Mondays 4:45-6pm for the summer of 2017
$12 drop-in, $10 if purchasing a pass card.
*Aerial equipment to be used only if you have taken an aerial class or series before.
1st & 3rd Thursdays, 8:30pm, by donation
