*Slow Down *Tune In* Align*
Welcome Winter with intention! This special experience will give you time and space to anchor yourself within and align with the shift of seasons. Taking cues from the rhythms of Nature, we will turn our attention and energy inward to nurture what will sustain us most through the season. We'll end with a restorative candlelit savasana as the sun sets. All levels and abilities welcome!
This workshop will include:
- A gentle Yoga practice to tune into and cleanse the subtle energetic body
- Seasonal intention-setting through meditation and journaling
- Shamanic ritual and journeying to align with yourself, the elements, and qualities of Spring
- Reiki healing – to fully release, connect deeper, and integrate
If you can, please bring a journal and something small that you have found intuitively in Nature (a stone, flower, feather, leaf, shell, etc.).
About the Instructor:
Brye, a 500-hour certified yoga teacher (and so much more), has taught various styles and levels of yoga since 2008 – with a focus on beginners and the gentle side of things. She knows something magical happens when mindful movement is joined with the breath, and she strives to create a safe, nurturing, and fun space in which to do this. She brings the biggest inspiration of her personal practice into all her classes: Nature. Brye's teachings hinge on our interconnection and remembering that, whether through honoring the elements, animals, the seasons, and more. Come to slow down, realign, or release, but definitely come for whatever you need the most!
