  • Winter Solstice Yoga Series

    Sunday, December 8, 15, 22
    6:00-7:15pm
    Description:
This short series will take place on Sunday evenings in December, as we prepare for and celebrate the return of the sun. Together, we'll co-create a rhythm of practice and intention to balance the chaos of the season and honor the shortening days. We will explore the beauty of letting go, the quiet around the solstice, and the beginning of the coming season. Class will be a sequence of simple body movements in the context of a deep and steady breath, followed by relaxation and an optional chant. Though, no prior experience is necessary, you may expect to be seated on the floor, standing, bending and gently twisting.
    Drop ins welcome.
